Chicago Style Redfish!

My great friend and longtime client Steve was back in Bayou Dularge, this time bringing Jake and Will down from the Chicago area to experience a morning of Louisiana inshore fishing. The redfish bite started off a little slow, and we had to stay patient and keep working at it. As the morning progressed, things finally came together and the trip ended with a bang. The guys put together a beautiful catch of redfish, and we even piled some black drum on top to finish off a great day. Steve fishes with me more than 10 times a year, and I can’t thank him enough for his continued support of Du’ South Fishing Charters. Repeat customers and the friendships built through fishing are a huge part of what makes this business special to me. It’s always a pleasure having him aboard, and even better when he brings new people down to experience Bayou Dularge.
